GSCF is a comprehensive framework that define the definition of Smart City, proposed the model for Smart City representation, and also supported by several support components.
GSCF 1.0 (well known as GSCM, GSC Model) announced in 2015 that only consist of model and separated measurement model.
GSCF 2.0 announced in June 2017 and adopted by Indonesia Smart Initiative as Smart City Framework for Indonesia
The last version of GSCF is GSCF 2.1, announced in Nov 1st, 2017 with the minor revision from GSCF 2.0
